Which currency do you use for the sale of your accessories?

We sell our products in Canadian dollars, however when scrolling through the menu located under the shopping cart icon, you can see the price of our accessories displayed in the desired currency.

How do I clean my leather accessories (ties / bowties)?

To clean your Godefroi leather accessories, we recommend the use of a mild leather-cleaning product along with a cloth. However, if stains need to be removed, please consult professional leather cleaner near you.

What is the best way to store my leather tie?

Since folding your tie can create some unwanted creases, we suggest you simply hang it up on a wooden hanger. In addition, do not expose your tie to sunlight as its colors may fade. Hang it in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, thereby allowing the leather to breathe. If your leather tie has a crease, you can flatten it by using an iron at very low temperature, taking care to use a piece of cloth on the leather in order to protect it.

Can I cancel my order once it has been activated?

Once you submit your order, it is impossible for us to change or cancel your order.

What is the waiting period to receive your accessories?

Because all of our items are handmade in Montreal, allow for a period of two weeks before delivery.
