Shipping Policy

Purchased items are shipped within two weeks from the time the order is placed. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery within Canada. Delivery of international orders may take up to four weeks. If you have not received your purchase after four weeks, please notify us at: info@maisongodefroi.com. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.

Wrong Address or Undelivered Items

Current shipping costs will be charged to you if the item has not been received and is returned via postal or delivery service. Once we confirm receipt of the item, the cost will be credited to you. We will contact you regarding your package's receipt.
